The outdoor fields used for league games and practices are managed by the City of Oshawa (Parks) or the accountable School Board (School Fields).

In the interests of participant safety and field management, when needed the City or School Board will cancel field permits (usually based on current weather and field conditions).
We will update our club twitter feed (seen at the bottom of our website) with any field closure information we receive (typically by 4:30pm daily).  To check the City of Oshawa Field status page, CLICK HERE

In cases of extreme heat or humidity, in the interests of player safety the club may also cancel permits.

In cases where the permit has not been cancelled but there is inclement weather or field condition issues, there will be a gametime decision at the field by the referee.   It is the responsibility of each team and individual to confirm any cancellations or to be at the field as scheduled.

Occasionally we will receive information specific to certain parks regarding field or park conditions, parking issues/requests, etc.   Please check back often for any instructions specific to a field that you may be playing on.

As responsible users of these facilities and as good neighbours to the homeowners around the parks, please abide by any requests or instructions for your facility.
