The Oshawa Kicks are proud to be bringing back the 5K Run/ 2K Walk for all Kicks members in support of Epilepsy Durham! 

RUN: Saturday, April 12, 2025, 10:30 a.m. 

Registration: $25.00 per participant for club members and $45 for non members. There is a discount option for families registering multiple family members. The deadline for registration is March 30. Registration fees will be going to support of Epilepsy Durham Region.

FUNDRAISING: All competitive players are asked to  register and will receive pledge forms,  proceeds collected will go to individual player accounts.  Any player who wishes to conduct "door-to-door" fundraising campaigns should have a parent or guardian present.

VOLUNTEERS: Each team must provide 3 volunteers for the run, to help ensure the race runs smoothly, operate water stations, distribute merchandise and assist with clean-up.  All volunteers' name and contacts must be provided no later than March 17, 2025, see the google form.

RACE PREPARATION: All teams will be given instructions and an itinerary during the week of April 1, 2025.

Teams must hand in all pledge forms to necessary club staff on the day of the race, and all teams will be pre-registered before event day.  All participants must be in place by 10:00 a.m. on the day of the run, for a start time of 10:30 a.m.
