As referenced in the email dated September 22nd 2022, we will be conducting two important membership meetings. The first meeting was announced for this Wednesday. Here are the details on how you can attend and participate:

Wednesday October 26, 2022

8pm to 10pm EST

There are 2 ways to attend:

• Canlan Sports, 1401 Philip Murray Ave, Oshawa, ON. Lakeview Room. Upstairs, at the back of the restaurant. Registration table will be set up.

At the conclusion of this meeting the expected bylaw changes will go into immediate effect.

The second membership meeting will be conducted in November. Here are the details:

• Thursday November 10, 2022
• 8pm start

It is expected we will again offer a hybrid model with both in-person and online attendance. Location and online link details will follow in a separate communication.
