August 16, 2022 - Oshawa ON. The Oshawa Kicks 2004 Boys team concludes their regular season in matchup vs Etobicoke Energy at home this evening.

The two teams come into todays matchup with identical records with Etobicoke having the slight edge over Oshawa by way of their +/- rating. Both teams will be fighting for 6th place in the league with the winner of the match taking the final leap over the other in the standings.

Their last match was a tightly contested affair with Etobicoke pulling out a 1-0 victory in the contest. Oshawa has netted 16 goals on the season while Etobicoke has amassed only 10 so the Kicks side will be looking to capitalize on their offensive chances and improve their defensive play heading into tonight's game.

The game will kickoff at 7:00 pm and is being played at Alexandra Park in Oshawa.

As the team ends their U18 season tonight, there is a chance that this is the last game for some of these boys in their club soccer careers. We want to congratulate all our graduating players and we wish you the best of luck with your future academic and athletic endeavors. We hope to see you all back next spring continuing to play at the U21 level with the club.
